You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed. These include:

  • our email and marketing platform (MailerLite);
  • our website platform (Duda);
  • analytics providers (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager);
  • if we run online advertising, advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google.

Some of these providers are based overseas, which means your information may be stored or processed outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information to standards comparable with New Zealand law.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, understand how it's used, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as well if you disable them.

Storing and protecting your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you, and request a copy; and
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong.

To make a request, or if you have any privacy questions or concerns, contact us at info@koh.co.nz. We'll respond as soon as we can. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
